Construction Project Manager

RemoteVA is seeking a Construction Project Manager with exceptional skills to manage takeoffs, pricing, and project estimation for general construction projects. The successful candidate will estimate project costs, prepare proposals, and coordinate with both the internal team and subcontractors to ensure projects progress smoothly. Responsibilities also include sending out proposals, getting plans ready for pricing, and ensuring strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.

Responsibilities:
-Perform takeoffs for general construction projects.
-Calculate project estimates and prepare them for pricing.
-Coordinate and communicate progress with the internal team and clients.
-Send out proposals and manage plans for subcontractor pricing.
-Maintain organization and accuracy throughout the project management process.

Requirements:
-Proven experience in construction project management or estimating.
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy in takeoffs and cost estimation.
-Excellent communication and organizational skills.
-Proficiency with Buildertrend or similar project management tools.

Tools: Buildertrend or similar program.

Working Schedule
-Work full-time from 9 AM - 5 PM EST (10pm-6am PH Time)
-Work from home
