LinkedIn Growth Expert & Ghostwriter

Type of employment: Full-time (Remote)
Budget: $6-8/hour
Shift Schedule: Flexible but must be available until 2 AM (Philippine time).

Job Description:

We are hiring a LinkedIn Growth Expert with strong ghostwriting skills to grow and manage a personal LinkedIn profile. This role focuses on building the brand, engaging with the audience, and driving leads through LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities:
• Strategically manage and grow a personal LinkedIn profile to maximize visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
• Craft compelling, authentic, and on-brand LinkedIn posts, ensuring a consistent voice and tone.
• Actively engage with the audience by responding to comments and initiating meaningful conversations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to nurture and convert leads generated through LinkedIn.
• Manage LinkedIn growth pods to boost visibility and interaction.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media marketing and LinkedIn profile management.
• Deep understanding of LinkedIn's ecosystem, including algorithms, trends, and best practices.
• Exceptional ghostwriting skills with the ability to craft impactful, thought-leadership content.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey messages and engage with our audience.
• Availability to work until 2 AM PHT; willingness to work graveyard shifts is a plus.

Nice-to-Have:
• Familiarity with growth pod strategies and experience in managing them effectively.
