Responsibilities
Use Remote Desktop Manager to maintain multiple Windows server systems.
Help new employees setup standard business applications.
Support employee job role changes.
Support telecommunication, video conferencing, and other collaboration software.
Receive and respond to employee requests via ticket, chat, or phone.
Support the enforcement of corporate security policies.
Support other IT initiatives.
 
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience in Windows server maintenance or equivalent (Microsoft MCSE certificate is preferred).
Strong computer skills and the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems.
Experience in both Server PC and Macbook hardware and software Experience in application support, including Microsoft Windows/Office suite and video conferencing.
Excellent working positivity and responsibility, complete tasks in a timely manner.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
