JOB OVERVIEW

JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a crucial role in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential customers for our client's innovative software/SaaS solution. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by proactively reaching out to prospects through various channels, including phone, email, and social media.

Responsibilities:
Lead Generation
- Identify and research potential customers through a variety of channels, including LinkedIn, Apollo, Clay, and local directories.
- Qualify leads based on their fit with our client's ideal customer profile, considering factors such as budget, authority, need, and timeline.

Outbound Outreach:
- Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns, including cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach.
- Craft compelling messaging to engage prospects and pique their interest.

Appointment Setting:
- Schedule meetings with qualified leads, effectively communicating the value proposition of our client's solution.
- Prepare and deliver impactful product demos, tailoring presentations to the specific needs of each prospect.
Sales Pipeline Management:
- Accurately track and manage sales activities and pipeline data within CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive).
- Forecast sales opportunities and report on key metrics to inform sales strategy.
Relationship Building:
- Develop strong relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders.
- Understand customer pain points and articulate how our client's solution can address those challenges.
Cross-Border Sales:
- Successfully navigate international sales cycles, adapting to different cultural nuances and time zones.
- Leverage language skills and cultural sensitivity to build rapport with global clients.

Requirements:
Proven track record in:
- Finding and nurturing MQLs and converting them into SQLs
- Account-Based Sales
- Bridging the gap between marketing and sales
- Understanding customer bottlenecks and implementing solutions
- Running demos and contextualizing offerings
- Cross-border sales for international brands
- Excellent spoken and written English

Experience with:
- Lead sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Apollo, Clay, local directories)
- CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive)
- Demo tools
