As a Social Media Manager, you will provide excellence by:
- Developing and executing innovative social media strategies that align with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
- Crafting, curating, and managing high-quality content, including text, visuals, and video, tailored to each platform’s unique audience and tone.
- Analyzing social media performance metrics to generate insights and optimize campaigns for maximum engagement and ROI.
- Engaging with users across platforms to build meaningful relationships and foster a productive online community.
- Monitoring trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to ensure the brand remains competitive and relevant.
- Collaborating with internal teams to integrate social media efforts with broader marketing and business initiatives.
- Managing and optimizing paid social media campaigns to achieve measurable results within allocated budgets.
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Maintaining a detailed content calendar to ensure consistent and timely execution of social media activities.


Requirements
Do you have what it takes to be our Social Media Manager?
Consider yourself highly qualified if you have:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator or Marketer in a multimedia agency, advertising, or marketing company handling US accounts.
- Passionate about content creation and knowledgeable about latest changes in social applications.
- Has hands-on experience in content management with a solid portfolio that demonstrates excellence in content creation, copywriting, performance measurement, research, and calendar planning.
- Demonstrated ability in communicating creative solutions with confidence, ease, and clarity to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Constantly curious and always on the lookout for new learning opportunities.
- Must be presently residing in the Philippines.

Expected Work Hours and Timezone
You are expected to work during US business hours following the client’s schedule. You may also be expected to work on occasional weekends due to business needs.
