We are looking for a proactive Shopify Backend Manager/Customer Service Manager to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for organizing the backend operations of our store and being the main point of contact for our team. You must be proactive in solving problems and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Organizing and managing the backend of our Shopify store
Being the primary point of contact for the team
Hiring and managing staff
Creating and maintaining documentation (SOPs, Google Docs, etc.)
Filling out P&L sheets
Quickly and effectively solving issues as they arise
Responding promptly to messages and requests
Requirements:
Experience in hiring and managing teams
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proactive approach to problem-solving
Ability to respond quickly and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Available to dedicate 6-8 hours per day to the role
Ability to create and maintain documents and SOPs
Experience with P&L sheets

Compensation: The role starts at $4-$6 per hour, with the potential for bonuses based on performance. Deliver high-quality work, and there will be plenty of opportunities for additional earnings.
