About Us:
We are an innovative and fast-growing e-commerce brand specializing in sleep aid products. We currently operate on TikTok Shop UK and Amazon UK, with plans to scale up through targeted advertising campaigns. We're looking for a results-driven TikTok Shop and Amazon PPC Advertising Expert to join our team as a part-time Virtual Assistant.
Role Overview:
As our Advertising Expert, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by managing and optimizing PPC campaigns on Amazon and TikTok Shop. You will work with affiliate-generated video content for TikTok ads, monitor key performance metrics, and strategize ways to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) across both platforms.
Responsibilities:
TikTok Ads:
-Create and manage TikTok Shop ad campaigns using affiliate videos to drive traffic to our TikTok Shop.
-Optimize campaigns to increase traffic and conversions while maintaining ROAS.
-Analyze ad performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
Amazon PPC:
-Create, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns on Amazon to drive sales and maintain a high ROAS.
-Scale up ad spend effectively without reducing profitability.
-Perform keyword research, manage bid adjustments, and refine campaign structures for maximum efficiency.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
-Track and analyze PPC performance metrics across platforms.
-Provide weekly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
-Continuously monitor trends and suggest innovative strategies to improve ad performance.
Collaboration & Strategy:
-Develop and implement strategies to scale ad campaigns while maintaining or improving ROAS.
-Work closely with our team to ensure campaigns align with broader business goals.
Requirements:
Experience:
-Proven experience running Amazon PPC campaigns with a track record of scaling ad spend while maintaining ROAS.
-Experience running TikTok ads is an added bonus.
Skills:
-Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
-Excellent understanding of key advertising metrics and optimization strategies.
-Ability to create and manage new campaigns independently.
Tools:
-Familiarity with Amazon Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
-Proficiency in using tools like Helium 10, DataDive, or similar Amazon PPC tools (preferred).
Other Requirements:
-Excellent written and spoken English.
-Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
-Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
