We aim to grow our blog and Pinterest presence by delivering meaningful, well-optimized content and driving traffic to our website through strategic Pinterest marketing.

We are seeking a highly skilled Pinterest and Blog Marketer with proven experience in growing accounts and driving results. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and Pinterest growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Blog Content Creation:
- Draft, edit, and optimize blog posts centered on motherhood, parenting, and family topics.
- Research and incorporate SEO keywords to maximize organic traffic.
- Ensure all content is relatable, well-written, and aligns with the brand’s tone and voice.
- Suggest content ideas and create engaging headlines and graphics where needed.

Pinterest Management:
- Strategically manage and grow the Pinterest account to drive traffic to the blog and website.
- Create and schedule visually appealing pins optimized for click-throughs and saves.
- Analyze Pinterest analytics to track growth and adjust strategies to improve performance.
- Research trends and keywords to ensure pins align with popular searches.
- Implement Pinterest SEO strategies to optimize profile, boards, and pins.

Analytics and Reporting:
- Provide regular updates on blog and Pinterest performance metrics.
- Demonstrate ROI through traffic growth and conversions driven by Pinterest and blog efforts.

Requirements:
- Proven experience managing and growing Pinterest accounts (case studies or analytics demonstrating success required).
- Excellent blog writing skills, preferably with experience in the parenting/motherhood niche.
- Strong knowledge of SEO and content optimization techniques.
- Proficiency in Pinterest tools (e.g., Tailwind) and analytics platforms.
- Eye for design to create visually compelling pins and blog graphics (experience with Canva or similar tools preferred).
- Ability to work independently and suggest innovative strategies to grow traffic and engagement.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in digital marketing or social media strategy.
- Knowledge of affiliate marketing and strategies for monetizing blogs and Pinterest.
- Familiarity with family and parenting trends in the digital space.
