Staff Bookkeeper

This Role Is For You If:

1. You are seeking a full-time position
2. You have at least 3 years of bookkeeping experience using QuickBooks and are proficient in reconciling accounts, closing books, classifying transactions, and related tasks.
3. You hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting and have a solid understanding of technical accounting, not just transaction classification in QuickBooks.

6. You are open to learning new things and adapting to changes.
7. You have strong verbal and written communication skills and are proficient with computer systems.
8. You can effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

This Role Is NOT For You If:

1. You are looking for freelance work (we are not hiring freelancers).
2. You are unable to commit to a full-time schedule (40 hours per week, 5 days a week).
3. You lack a strong accounting background and have only experience in transaction classification.
4. You prefer to work independently and on your own schedule.

Bonus Skills:

1. Experience working at a medium-sized regional accounting firm (US Based is a plus).
2. Proficiency with Google Sheets and LiveFlow reporting.
