We are seeking a dynamic and innovative AI Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be deeply familiar with cutting-edge automation tools like Zapier and
Key Responsibilities:
Automation Architecture & Implementation:
Knowledge in AI image and video generation, AI social network automation, and
Implementing API’s from documentation. (Monday API and GraphQL)
Collaborate with the Director of Technology to design and implement automation systems that enhance operational efficiency.
Develop and maintain automation workflows for social media advertising campaigns, websites,
Lead the automation of business processes across various divisions within the company, fostering a cohesive and streamlined organizational structure.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement:
Stay abreast of the latest developments in automation technology. Test and evaluate new software to determine its potential impact on company operations.
Provide insights and recommendations on new tools and technologies that can enhance the company's automation capabilities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with different departments to understand their automation needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their specific requirements.
Offer ongoing support and training to tea
Quality Assurance & Performance Monitoring:
Ensure that all automation systems operate seamlessly, conducting regular checks and troubleshooting as necessary.
Monitor the performance of automation systems, providing regular reports to the Director of Technology and suggesting improvements when necessary.
Must-Haves:
Expertise in Zapier:
In-depth knowledge of Zapier, Word press to Zapier and with a proven track record of creating complex automation workflows that integrate multiple applications and services.
Versatile Automation Skills:
A strong ability to quickly grasp and work with new automation technologies. You should be inherently curious and motivated to explore and master unfamiliar tools and systems.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Monday API and GraphQL
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on automation and process improvement.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and innovatively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for explaining complex technical concepts in simple terms.
A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment but can also work independently when required.
