As an SEO Services Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for 50+ clients, ensuring their SEO goals are met through strategic planning, expert communication, and seamless execution. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a passion for SEO, and excels in client management and upselling opportunities.

## What You’ll Need

- Proven experience (3+ years) in SEO account management, with a strong track record of managing multiple clients and achieving results.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO practices, including keyword research, content optimization, backlink strategies, and technical SEO.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain SEO concepts to clients in an understandable way.
- Experience in upselling and preparing proposals for additional services such as backlink and technical SEO packages.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively across multiple accounts.
- Proficiency in using SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, and others.
- Familiarity with AI-driven content creation tools is a plus.

## What You’ll Do

**Client Management:**

- Manage 50+ client accounts, serving as the main point of contact via email and video calls.
- Address client questions about SEO progress, reporting, and strategies to achieve their goals.
- Conduct kick-off calls with new clients, explaining the SEO strategy, setting expectations, and gathering necessary inputs.

**Strategy Development:**

- Plan and oversee SEO strategies for clients, working closely with the SEO specialist to align keywords for AI-generated content.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a data-driven approach in all strategies and recommendations.

**Upselling:**

- Identify opportunities to upsell backlink and technical SEO packages, preparing proposals and presenting them during client calls.

**Team Leadership:**

- Manage and guide a team of two members: a data entry specialist responsible for manual client posting, and an SEO specialist handling keyword research.
- Delegate tasks effectively and ensure high-quality output from the team.

**Reporting:**

- Provide regular reports on SEO key performance indicators (KPIs) for clients, demonstrating progress and areas for improvement.
- Use analytics tools to create detailed campaign performance reports.

**SEO Optimization:**

- Oversee the implementation of SEO optimizations, including keyword research, content strategies, and on-page improvements.
