Job Opportunity: Remote Graphic Designer (Full-Time)

Tirita Ltd, founded in 2012, is a small but dynamic print-on-demand business based in the UK. We specialize in creating personalized and stylish products such as phone cases, water bottles, and posters. Our dedicated team includes members from across the globe, including the Philippines, where our outgoing graphic designer has been a valued part of our team for nine incredible years.

Now, we're seeking a passionate, talented, and reliable graphic designer to take over this critical role. If you're a committed professional with a knack for design and a strong work ethic, we'd love to hear from you!

1. Role and Responsibilities

As our Graphic Designer, your role will be divided into two primary focuses:

a) Bulk Image Creation and Design Tasks (50%)

-Prepare print-ready images for daily production using established templates and workflows.

-Execute bulk design tasks using Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.

b) Creative Design for New Listings and Collections (50%)

-Design unique, eye-catching images for new Amazon and Etsy listings.

-Assist in creating fresh design collections for our expanding product range.

2. Key Requirements

Reliability is non-negotiable: Your punctuality ensures smooth production.

Proficiency in Photoshop (including advanced knowledge of Photoshop Actions) and Adobe Illustrator.

Ability to adapt to new software, processes, and tools as needed.

Open to feedback and eager to grow as a designer.

Bonus Skills (Not Required):

Experience in video editing.

Familiarity with AI image generation tools.

3. Work Schedule

Fixed hours: 8 AM to 12 PM (PHT) for production-related tasks.

Flexible hours: 6 PM to 8 PM (PHT) for design work and reviews.

This schedule ensures a total of 8 hours per day, with 6 hours fixed and 2 hours flexible.

4. Compensation and Benefits

Hourly pay: $3–$5, based on your experience and portfolio quality.

Initial 6-month contract with the potential for renewal based on performance.
