Job Description:
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, secure, and efficient server-side logic. You will create APIs and microservices to support front-end functionalities, set up and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS with a focus on scalability and reliability, and ensure data security while integrating authentication mechanisms.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement server-side logic with a focus on security, efficiency, and scalability.
• Build APIs and microservices to support front-end functionalities.
• Set up and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Implement authentication mechanisms and ensure data security.

Required Skills:
• Proficiency in AWS services such as AWS Platform, Docker Container Deployment, AWS Cognito Auth, S3, API Gateway, and EC2.
• Strong programming skills in back-end languages such as Node.js and Python.
• Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases like Postgres.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for streamlined development and deployment (experience with AWS CDK is a plus).
• Knowledge of software development processes, Agile / Scrum methodologies, and collaboration tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the relevant field.

Working Conditions:
This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere. However, working hours must align with Australian business hours.
