Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Sales Representative to drive sales and expand market share for our cutting-edge health technology products. The ideal candidate will be skilled in building relationships with healthcare providers, technology leaders, and organizational decision-makers, leveraging their expertise to deliver solutions that meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Strategy and Execution:
o Identify and target new sales opportunities within the healthcare and wellness industry.
o Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue goals and market penetration.
• Client Engagement:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, IT departments, and decision-makers.
o Conduct in-depth needs analyses and present tailored solutions.
o Provide product demonstrations, answer technical queries, and address client concerns effectively.
• Market Research and Lead Generation:
o Research potential customers and industry trends to stay ahead of market demands.
o Generate leads through networking, cold-calling, and attendance at industry events and trade shows.
• Collaboration:
o Work closely with the technical and marketing teams to align sales strategies with product offerings.
o Provide feedback to product development teams to ensure solutions meet customer needs.
• Reporting and Analysis:
o Track and report sales performance using CRM tools.
o Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an IT Sales Representative or in a similar sales role.
• Strong understanding of health IT products, SaaS, or technology solutions in the healthcare industry.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• Experience selling healthcare technology solutions such as health apps, patient management platforms, or wellness products.
• Familiarity with healthcare compliance regulations and standards.
