JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly adaptable, intelligent, and proactive Virtual Assistant to support a growing business that operates a physical clinic, a virtual clinic, and an online program. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to assist in a fast-paced environment and is skilled in customer service, e-commerce support, and social media management. The ideal candidate will be reliable, quick to learn, and able to handle a variety of tasks independently.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

- Answer and manage client emails.
- orders for supplements and vitamins.
- Manage booking links for client appointments and services.
- Handle customer billing via PayPal.

E-Commerce Support:

- Assist with online orders on various platforms.
- Manage PayPal and other e-commerce tools.
- Help maintain product and service listings.

Social Media Management:

- Create and schedule social media posts (primarily Facebook and Instagram).
- Engage with followers through comments and messages.
- Track and analyze social media metrics.

-Zoom Support:

- Assist with group calls, breakout room setup, and recordings.
- Help manage Zoom meetings for client consultations and internal team sessions.

Other Administrative Tasks:
- Assist with setting up courses and managing content on Kajabi.
- Help with general administrative tasks as needed.
-P rovide support for any ad-hoc tasks related to business growth.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in customer service, e-commerce, and social media management.
- Familiarity with tools like PayPal, Shopify, Squarespace, Kajabi, and Zoom.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly, learn new tools and processes, and work independently.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
- Prior experience in online business operations or virtual assistance is a plus.
- Social media marketing experience is a bonus but not required.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with content creation and posting on Facebook and Instagram.
- Knowledge of Kajabi or similar platforms for course management.
- Ability to assist with basic publishing and marketing tasks for books (optional but a bonus).

Work Schedule:

- Part-time, 20 hours per week (flexible hours).
- The position will involve occasional overtime based on business needs.

Salary:

Competitive, based on experience and skillset. We are looking for a skilled VA who can handle multiple responsibilities, and compensation will be adjusted based on experience.

Non-Negotiables:

- Screenshot and productivity tracker required.

- Graveyard shift required for US Timezone.
