Key Responsibilities:
Identify and research potential leads.
Conduct cold calls and send personalized outreach messages.
Qualify leads based on specific criteria.
Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

Self-motivated and results-oriented.
Proficiency in CRM tools and basic sales techniques.
Training:
1HR Onboarding with the CEO Vincent Trefethen.
Daily training with the CEO for your first 90 days along with some senior level SDRs.
2X Weekly group sessions.
1X Video weekly to sharpen your skills.
Quota:
Outbound Calls/Emails: 10 per day.
Qualified Appointments Set: 10-15 per week.
Appointments to Close Conversion Rate: At least 30% of the appointments set should convert to closed deals.
Compensation:
High-Quality Lead Bonus: Additional $100 per lead that turns into a high-value client (e.g., over $50,000).
Commission: 25% on NET sales (recurring deals) closed deals from set appointments.
10% on NET sales (1 off projects) closed deals from set appointments.
