Job Title: Client Success Officer
Location: Fully Remote
Working Hours: Fixed 3 hours per day, Monday to Sunday or Monday to Friday
Choose your preferred time slot between 9am to 6pm Singapore Time

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Client Success Officer to support one of our Client Success Manager in helping our customers achieve remarkable results through our affiliate training programs. You will be part of a team of high performers who are friendly, supportive, and all working remotely from the Philippines. Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the customer base for our training courses, ensuring clients receive the support they need to see results.
- Enhance the overall customer experience by providing timely and effective assistance.
- Address client inquiries and concerns accurately, making appropriate product recommendations when necessary.
- Support daily customer engagement activities to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Client Success Manager to implement strategies that drive client success and retention.
Requirements:
- Availability for a daily 15 to 30 minute Zoom call with the Head of Operations.
- Commitment to fixed working hours as per the agreed schedule.
- Ability to submit daily work reports and updates.
- Experience using
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Willingness to support any ad-hoc tasks for any business units
