We are seeking a proactive and versatile Virtual Assistant (or team of specialists) to take charge of key digital marketing, social media, SEO, and lead generation initiatives to propel our brand to the forefront of the solar market.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
Create, plan, and schedule original, engaging posts for
Research and implement trending hashtags, keywords, and strategies to increase reach and engagement.
Set up and optimize accounts on social media platforms currently unused.
Monitor social media metrics and adjust strategies for growth.
Website Optimization:
Rewrite and improve website content to enhance clarity, appeal, and SEO rankings.
Ensure the website is user-friendly and optimized for both desktop and mobile devices.
Regularly update the website with fresh content, including blogs, customer testimonials, and case studies.
SEO Optimization:
Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to drive organic traffic.
Build backlinks and collaborate with web developers or tools to improve page speed and performance.
Track and analyze website and keyword performance using tools like Google Analytics.
Marketing Management:
Design and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Collaborate with team members to create
Monitor ad performance and suggest data-driven optimizations to maximize ROI.
Lead Generation:
Identify and implement new lead generation strategies, including partnerships and targeted ads.
Use tools like GoHighLevel to nurture leads and automate follow-ups.
Appointment Setting:
Handle inbound and outbound communication to schedule sales appointments.
Conduct cold calling with professionalism to qualify and convert leads.
Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and outcomes in the CRM system.
Additional Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
Assist in preparing reports and presentations for marketing campaigns.
Stay updated on best practices in social media, SEO, and digital marketing.
Qualifications:
Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or SEO.
Skills:
Proficiency in using social media platforms, scheduling tools, and analytics tools.
Expertise in SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
Familiarity with CRM tools (GoHighLevel experience is a plus).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient written and spoken English
Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Self-starter with a problem-solving attitude.
Technical Proficiency:
Knowledge of WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and
Graphic design or video editing skills are a bonus (e.g., Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro).
