Content Writer for Instagram and YouTube Videos

We seek a creative and experienced Content Writer to join our team and craft compelling scripts for our Instagram and YouTube video content. This role requires a deep understanding of storytelling, social media trends, and audience engagement. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating short, impactful content for social media and understands how to capture attention within seconds.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop engaging, audience-focused scripts for Instagram Reels and YouTube videos.
Research real estate trends, market updates, and other relevant topics to create accurate and informative content.
Adapt writing style to match our brand voice and resonate with a Canadian real estate audience.
Collaborate with our marketing team to brainstorm content ideas and ensure alignment with overall goals.
Stay updated on the latest trends in video content, hashtags, and platform algorithms to maximize reach and engagement.
Edit and refine scripts to ensure clarity, conciseness, and impact within time constraints (e.g., 60-90 seconds for Reels).
Write hooks and calls to action to encourage engagement and drive traffic to our website.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Content Writing Expertise:

Proven experience in writing scripts for social media or video platforms.
Ability to write concise, engaging, and conversational scripts that capture attention quickly.
Knowledge of Social Media Trends:

Familiarity with Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and video content strategies.
Understanding of audience behavior and platform algorithms to maximize engagement.
Real Estate Knowledge (Preferred):

Experience writing about real estate, lifestyle, or related industries is an asset but not required.
Creative and Strategic Thinking:

Ability to turn ideas into scripts that align with brand messaging and marketing goals.
Strong Communication Skills:

Proficiency in English with excellent grammar and a conversational writing style.
Additional Requirements:
Experience writing for Canadian audiences (preferred).
Ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively in a remote environment.
A portfolio of scripts or content written for video platforms (please attach it with your application).
Compensation:
35,000-40,000 php
