ROLE

As the Senior Amazon PPC Manager, you will serve as a key player in managing and optimizing PPC campaigns for our clients. Your ability to strategically analyze accounts, prioritize issues, and execute KPI-driven strategies will ensure client success and continued growth for our agency.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Excellence in Amazon PPC Strategy
- Conduct in-depth account audits to identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop tailored, KPI-driven PPC strategies unique to each client’s goals.
- Create monthly roadmaps that focus on specific micro-goals to implement KPI strategies and deliver on results by or ahead of deadlines.
- Stay ahead of Amazon PPC trends, thought leadership, and industry news to apply the latest strategies effectively.
- Deliver high-impact results that maximize client ROI.


Transparent and Respectful Communication
- Provide regular, clear updates to clients and internal stakeholders about campaign performance and priorities.
- Collaborate with other departments to address issues beyond PPC that could impact the client’s success.
- Help onboard and train new employees, sharing best practices aligned with our company’s values.


Adaptability in Dynamic Environments
- Recognize when priorities shift and quickly adapt strategies to stay aligned with client objectives.
- Apply standard operating procedures flexibly, balancing efficiency with client-specific needs.


Leadership & Growth
- Prepare to take on department head responsibilities as the agency expands.
- Mentor junior team members and guide them in best practices.

RESULTS
- Accounts are managed with transparency and updated regularly in project management tools.
- Client KPIs are consistently met or exceeded, with measurable improvement in performance metrics.

REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 3+ years of Amazon PPC experience (or proven exceptional learning curve and track record).
- Advanced understanding of Amazon advertising tools, strategies, and trends.
- Perfect written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proven success in creating custom strategies tailored to unique client KPIs.
- Humble, coachable, and resourceful problem-solver with unwavering confidence in your ability to deliver results.
- Passionate about continuous learning and applying the latest strategies in Amazon PPC.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-growing company.

TOOLS
Expert Level
- Data Dive (you know and understand extensively how to use this tool when it comes to finding top competitors, listing optimization and keyword tracking)
- H10 (you know and understand extensively how to use this tool when it comes to finding top competitors, listing optimization and keyword tracking)
- Google Sheets (you have dexterity in creating create macros, formulas and automations)
- Sellerboard (you are able to interpret data and foresee trends)
- Seller Central, Ad console, Brand Analytics, STQR (you have 100% understanding on when logging into account finding any account related information and quickly make changes)


Intermediate Level
- ClickUp ( you have a general understanding on how to use this project management software and are able to quickly navigate to find and create new tasks for yourself or team mates)
- WhatsApp ( you have a general understanding on how to use this communication method and able to communicate clearly in written text)
- ChatGPT (you are generally familiar with this tool and have used it previously to help with text based generated content)



REPORTS TO
- You'll be direct report to the Founder & Brand Manager

COMPENSATION
- Starting salary at $20,000/year

This is a full-time position that demands your full focus and commitment. It is a high-stakes role within our company, which requires 100% transparency on both sides.
