Responsibilities
Drive Sales Growth:
- Develop and execute creative strategies to boost sales and revenue, focusing on reaching new audiences and engaging existing customers.
- Leverage our existing resources and tools to maximize revenue opportunities.

Paid Advertising Campaigns:
- Plan and execute targeted advertising strategies to increase conversions.
- Use tools like Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager to optimize campaigns.


Email Marketing:
- Create engaging email campaigns to connect with our database of over 50,000 past customers.

Partner Channel Collaboration:
- Design promotional materials for partner retail channels to include in their orders, driving traffic to Barnabell.com.

SEO Strategy:
- Implement and refine a search engine optimization plan to increase website visibility and organic traffic.

Social Media Management:
- Launch and grow Barnabell’s social media presence across multiple platforms.
- Create compelling content to drive traffic and enhance brand credibility.

Growth Opportunities: As Barnabell.com scales, so do your potential responsibilities and rewards.

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in e-commerce growth, paid advertising, SEO, email marketing, and social media management.
- A self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
- Familiarity with WooCommerce or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills for tracking and optimizing performance.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.

Contract Details:
- Full-time position with hourly pay and a 45-day review period for performance evaluation.
