Social Media Manager

We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Manager to join our team. In this remote role, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, a strong understanding of digital marketing, and the ability to create engaging content that drives brand awareness and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement
Create, curate, and manage engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
Monitor and analyze social media trends, insights, and performance metrics to improve content and strategy
Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster a positive online community
Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall marketing goals
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
Create and manage social media campaigns, including paid ads and promotions
Prepare monthly performance reports and provide recommendations for improvement
Manage social media calendars and schedule posts using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar digital marketing role
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
Excellent communication and writing skills
Ability to create visually appealing content (experience with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus)
Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.)
Knowledge of paid social media campaigns and ad management
Highly organized with excellent time management skills
Self-motivated, creative, and able to work independently
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment

Working Hours:
