JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Cold Caller to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in identifying potential property sellers, generating leads, and building rapport with property owners. You’ll be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective sellers, qualifying leads, and coordinating with our acquisitions team. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and a passion for real estate. Must have very good English speaking skills.

Key Responsibilities
• Outbound Calling: Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to potential property sellers from provided lead lists.
• Lead Qualification: Engage with property owners to gather information, determine their motivation to sell, and qualify them as leads for the acquisitions team.
• Follow-Up: Maintain a consistent follow-up schedule with leads that are not ready to sell immediately but may consider it in the future.
• Database Management: Accurately log and update lead information, call notes, and progress in the company’s CRM system.
• Overcoming Objections: Handle objections professionally, provide solutions, and keep the conversation focused on the benefits of selling their property.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the acquisitions team to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads.

Qualifications
• Experience: At least 3 years previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, sales, or real estate is preferred.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills with a persuasive and confident phone presence.
• Organization: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle high call volumes and follow-ups efficiently.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and phone dialer software. Go-High Level experience preferred.
• Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated to meet call and lead-generation targets.
• Customer-Focused: Empathy and active listening skills to build rapport with property owners.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust scripts and strategies based on homeowner responses and feedback.

• Knowledge of real estate terminology and wholesale real estate processes.
• Experience working in a remote sales or customer service environment.

Plat base pay up to $5 per hour + commission
