We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Cold Caller to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in cold calling within the real estate industry. Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls to generate leads and identify potential clients within the real estate market.
- Qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening to determine their needs and motivations.
- Build rapport with leads and other industry professionals to establish long-term relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and lead information using our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead generation strategies and achieve team goals.
- Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in cold calling within the real estate industry.
- Proven track record of success in generating leads.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and strategies.

Working Hours:
- PH Graveyard Shift (8hrs/day, Monday-Friday US Timezone)

Compensation:
- Training: $3/hr
- Client Campaigns: $4/hr + depending on performance
- High performing callers can earn over $7/hr
- Weekly Payout

Equipment Requirement:
- Operating System: Windows 10 or MacOS (latest version)
- Processor: Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 (or equivalent)
- RAM: 8 GB or higher
- Storage: 256 GB SSD or higher with minimum 30% free space.
- Internet Connection: Minimum 120 Mbps download and 120 Mbps upload speed for smooth communication and data handling. 120 Mbps+ preferred.
- Headset: Noise-canceling headset with a microphone for clear and professional communication.
