We are seeking a results-driven Disposition Manager to join our dynamic wholesaling real estate company. As the Disposition Specialist , you will play a critical role in maximizing profits by managing the sale of properties to our network of buyers. You will be responsible for building relationships with investors, negotiating deals, and ensuring smooth transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Property Marketing & Buyer Outreach:
• Develop and execute strategies to market off-market properties to potential buyers.
• Maintain and grow a strong network of investors, cash buyers, and real estate professionals.
• Use CRM systems and marketing tools (email campaigns, social media, etc.) to advertise properties effectively.
• Deal Negotiation:
• Analyze property values and market conditions to set competitive pricing.
• Negotiate terms with buyers to achieve maximum profitability.
• Prepare and review contracts to ensure accurate and compliant documentation.
• Transaction Coordination:
• Work closely with title companies, attorneys, and escrow agents to ensure smooth closings.
• Address any issues that arise during the closing process.
• Track and report on deal statuses and outcomes.
• Relationship Management:
• Cultivate relationships with buyers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
• Market Research & Analysis:
• Stay updated on market trends, buyer preferences, and competitive properties.
• Provide feedback to the acquisitions team to improve property targeting.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in real estate sales, wholesaling, or a similar role.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze property values and market trends.
• Familiarity with real estate contracts, closing processes, and related documentation.
• Proficiency with CRM software and marketing tools.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Existing network of real estate investors and cash buyers.
• Experience with real estate marketing platforms (Upgrade to see actual info, Hubstaff, InvestorLift, etc.).
• Knowledge of local and national real estate markets.
