We are a real estate company seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Coordinator position. Knowledge and experience in the real estate industry is highly preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute content strategies across various platforms to drive engagement and brand awareness.
Create captivating written content for social media posts, newsletters, and website copy.
Produce high-quality videos that resonate with our audience and showcase our products/services.
Manage and maintain a consistent brand presence across LinkedIn,
Actively participate in and engage with local
Monitor social media trends, track analytics, and generate reports to optimize marketing strategies.
Working hours: 10 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday (US PST Time Zone)
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in marketing, real estate, or similar roles.
Familiarity with or a strong interest in the real estate industry.
Knowledge of CRM systems or project management tools.
Experience in social media marketing and content creation (design, editing, etc.).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks effectively.
Attention to detail and be proactive.
Ability to work US hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (PST), 5 days a week.
