Inventory Specialist VA

About Us:
POWERWASH.COM, a 50-year-old family-owned company, is a market leader providing equipment, supplies, training, and service to the HOME SERVICES segment through DTC and B2B channels. In our desire to improve operational efficiency, we are looking for an Inventory Specialist VA to efficiently implement procedures, handle inventory and related data for the company, and integrate data from multiple sources.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Implement procedures using the Cin7 software to facilitate smoother operations
• Setup automated integration of information from QuickBooks Online to Cin7
• Optimize usage of Cin7 in our office to improve the accuracy of inventory
• Keep track of inventory levels, transactions, and reports
• Resolve discrepancies and prevent stockouts or excess inventory
• Work closely with the accounting and sales teams
• Other tasks as required

Must Haves:
• Proven 1 year+ experience in Cin7
• Experience with QuickBooks Online
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Great collaboration effort with others
• Ability to follow instructions carefully with minimal supervision

Work Schedule: Full-Time, Long-Term Monday to Friday (8 AM to 4 PM Central Time)

Pay Rate: $7.00 - $8.00 an hour
