About Us:
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Implement procedures using the Cin7 software to facilitate smoother operations
• Setup automated integration of information from QuickBooks Online to Cin7
• Optimize usage of Cin7 in our office to improve the accuracy of inventory
• Keep track of inventory levels, transactions, and reports
• Resolve discrepancies and prevent stockouts or excess inventory
• Work closely with the accounting and sales teams
• Other tasks as required
Must Haves:
• Proven 1 year+ experience in Cin7
• Experience with QuickBooks Online
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Great collaboration effort with others
• Ability to follow instructions carefully with minimal supervision
Work Schedule: Full-Time, Long-Term Monday to Friday (8 AM to 4 PM Central Time)
Pay Rate: $7.00 - $8.00 an hour
