Job Overview:
We are seeking a Remote Junior Leasing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will utilize excellent English skills for both verbal and written communication, leverage sales experience to effectively "sell" apartments, and ensure a seamless process for prospective tenants. This role requires strong organizational abilities, knowledge of rental properties, and the capability to work remotely while collaborating effectively with field leasing staff. Weekend availability is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize excellent English skills for both verbal communication and written tasks to set appointments with prospective tenants.
Leverage sales experience to effectively "sell" apartments to potential tenants.
Address questions about vacancies and guide prospective tenants through the application procedure.
Schedule appointments with prospective tenants and coordinate with field leasing staff.
Confirm appointments prior to showing time to ensure a seamless process.
Familiarize yourself with all vacancies, including amenities, utilities, parking, and general location within the city.
Proactively send out application documents to interested parties.
Follow up with prospective tenants the day after the showing to address any additional questions they may have.
Qualifications:
Excellent English skills, both verbal and written, for effective communication.
Ability to work weekends
Sales experience is preferred to successfully promote and "sell" available apartments.
Strong organizational skills to schedule and coordinate appointments with prospective tenants.
Knowledge of rental properties, including amenities, utilities, parking options, and general city locations.
Ability to work remotely and collaborate effectively with field leasing staff.
Ready to be on video chat during work hours for communication and supervision purposes.
