Job Title: Customer Experience Representative
Rate: $3-$5/hour (Salary is performance-based)
Schedule: Must be available to work during the US (PST) time zone. 30 to 40 hours per week

We are seeking a Customer Experience Representative to join our dynamic team! This role is ideal for someone who excels at communication, learns quickly, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Challenge:
-As part of your application, please create a 60-second video or audio answering the following scenario:
"How would you defuse a disgruntled customer whose Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) was late?"
-Your response should clearly describe your approach to handling the situation.
-Please do not exceed one minute, and do not include any personal or work experiences in your answer.

Requirements:
-Send a picture of your computer specs.
-Ability to work with a dual-monitor setup.

Preferred Qualifications:
-1-2 years of experience in a BPO environment is an advantage.
