We are seeking a tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support operations at a Medical Tech company in the United States. This role involves managing communications, streamlining workflows, assisting with customer interactions, and supporting creative projects. Familiarity with medical privacy standards, AI tools, and strong organizational skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage
- Schedule and manage calls, meetings, and client onboarding.
- Track billing, send reminders, and assist with financial reporting.
- Summarize research findings and assist with content creation.
- Post and track social media content using AI tools.
- Use AI tools to automate workflows and organize resources.
Required Skills:
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with AI tools, MS Office Suite, and Google Drive.
- Proactive problem-solving and ability to identify efficiencies.
- Adherence to medical privacy standards (HIPAA).
Logistics:
- Full-time: Training 8 a.m.–5 p.m. MST; after training, 5 a.m.–2 p.m. local time PhST.
