About Us:
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to be the face of Awako.ai in engaging potential customers. You will play a pivotal role in generating leads, building relationships, and setting the stage for successful sales conversions.
Responsibilities:
Proactively conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls,
Qualify inbound leads and assess their needs to determine the best solutions we can offer.
Schedule meetings and demos with our sales team for qualified prospects.
Maintain up-to-date records of leads, activities, and progress in our CRM.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly lead-generation targets.
Qualifications:
At least 2-5 years of experience as an SDR, telemarketer, or in a similar role.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Confidence in cold calling and prospecting potential clients.
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and outreach platforms.
Understanding SaaS solutions or logistics/fleet management is a plus.
Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.
Positive attitude, coachable, and eager to learn.
