Video Editor and Graphics Artist

LQ Financial Group is a Financial Services and Business Development Company and is seeking a **VIDEO EDITOR AND GRAPHICS ARTIST** to join our team!

We're looking for a self-driven, disciplined professional to edit video content and create compelling graphics for our clients, ensuring all materials are visually appealing, high-quality, and aligned with our clients' branding. This salaried position requires 20-25 hours per week, with full training provided and no pay reduction for completing assigned tasks early.

We are looking for a strong disciplined self-starter candidate with the following skills:

**MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WITH LIMITED SUPERVISION!**

**RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:**
1. Editing compelling videos for social media, websites, and email campaigns. This includes talking head videos, vlogs, and podcasts for a assigned group of clients. Each client will need videos content edited each week.
2. Creating eye-catching graphics, including flyers, logos, and other branding materials, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
3. Developing content for marketing campaigns, including visually appealing posts and promotional materials that boost engagement and generate leads.
4. Adding captions, transitions, special effects, and animations to videos to make them stand out and grab attention.
5. Collaborating with the team to ensure videos and graphics meet client branding and marketing goals.
6. Repurposing long-form content into short, engaging video clips and graphic content for social media posting.

**ENGAGEMENT/ANALYTICS:**
1. Monitor video and graphic performance across social media platforms, analyzing metrics to identify what works best.
2. Stay updated on trends in graphic design, video editing, and viral content to create relevant and engaging materials for our clients.
3. Use feedback from clients and performance metrics to improve future videos, graphics, and campaigns.

**QUALIFICATIONS:**
1. 3+ years of experience in professional video editing.
2. 3+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing logos, flyers, and other branding materials.
3. Excellent knowledge of video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
4. Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
5. Experience in creating attention-grabbing captions, subtitles, and visual effects.
6. Familiarity with social media platforms and optimization for videos and graphics (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.).
7. Must be familiar with and know how to create high quality Hormozi | Al Abdaal style videos. NO EXCEPTIONS!
8. Strong English skills required.
9. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
