About the Role:
We’re looking for a Tech Support who can oversee our digital systems and make sure everything runs like clockwork. From managing our newsletter platform to keeping our website and CRM in top shape, you’ll be the go-to person for all things tech. You’ll also work closely with our team to ensure our systems are set up, integrated, and running smoothly to support our goals.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and maintain our newsletter platform, website, and CRM.
- Ensure all systems are properly set up and seamlessly integrated.
- Monitor performance to make sure there’s 0 downtime and everything runs smoothly.
- Collaborate with the team (like sales) to make sure systems meet their needs.
- Execute a clear tech roadmap to support our growth and goals.
- Troubleshoot and fix issues quickly to keep everything on track.
What We’re Looking For:
- Someone with experience managing digital systems and tools.
- Tech-savvy with a knack for solving problems and optimizing systems.
- Organized and detail-oriented—you make sure nothing slips through the cracks.
- Great at collaborating with teams and understanding their needs.
- A proactive mindset, always looking for ways to improve how we work.
