Role Overview: We’re looking for a skilled Social Media Ad & Email Marketing Specialist to manage ad campaigns and email strategies. Your goal will be to generate leads, boost brand awareness, and promote clean energy solutions.

Responsibilities:
• Manage and optimize social media ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Create engaging ad copy and visuals to maximize ROI
• Conduct precise Facebook Ad Targeting to reach relevant audiences
• Execute email marketing campaigns with targeted content
• Analyze performance data and suggest improvements
• Collaborate with design teams for cohesive messaging

Work Hours:
• Flexible schedule, with preference for availability until 12 noon Central Time (USA).
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in social media ad targeting and email marketing
• Strong command of ad platforms and email tools (HubSpot)
• Analytical and creative, with great communication skills
• Must have personal computer equipment and reliable internet access.
