We are an Australian based ecommerce business so the job is to be performed from 9am to 6pm Sydney time.
Oversee and optimize operations across our b2b business. This leadership role is crucial for streamlining our sales
pipeline and developing a robust sales team to drive business growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
*Oversee daily operations across multiple departments including sales, marketing, customer service, and product
management.
*Develop and implement strategies to streamline the sales pipeline, enhancing efficiency and sales conversion
rates.
*Lead and expand the sales team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation to ensure alignment with
business goals.
*Collaborate with the marketing department to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives.
*Monitor operational performance against both short-term and long-term goals, making adjustments as necessary
to ensure business objectives are met.
*Manage key projects and initiatives that impact multiple aspects of the business, ensuring successful rollout and
integration.
*Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing systems and processes that optimize operations
and increase efficiency.
*Prepare and review regular performance reports, providing insights and recommendations to senior
management.
Experience with Odoo ERP system is highly desirable.
