Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a chat support specialist. This role involves interacting with clients through an online communication platform, building strong relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Full training is provided, making it a great opportunity for those seeking to develop skills in digital engagement and relationship management.

- 8 hours per day, 6–7 days per week

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain client relationships through online communication platforms.
- Manage content and client interactions using tools such as Notion, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Telegram.
- Demonstrate initiative and proactivity by initiating conversations and building rapport with clients.
- Regularly update records and maintain organized data using Google Drive and related tools.

Qualifications:

- Proficient in using Notion, Google Drive and Google Suite tools like Sheets, Docs, and Slides.
