Experienced Call Centre Team Leader

I need an experienced team leader to manage a team of 5 call centre operators.

I'll also need you to learn the role yourself by trying for a few days and seeing for yourself what it's like. This will be important so you can empathise with the staff, as well as teach, guide and support them.

I will also need some project management support.

My business is Cafe Workplace, where we help cafes fill empty seats with workers for a few hrs, and help people find cafes who want people to work on their laptops/books there.

My current focus is on recruiting cafes to the network. We ask cafes if they're interested in having people work on their laptops in the cafe, if yes we refer them to the website and offer them the url on mobile or email. If they like it they have a look, if they really like it they sign up. On the website, after the call.
