About Us:
We are a successful preschool serving over 100 students, supported by a dynamic team of virtual assistants who help streamline our operations and communications. In addition to running our preschool, we are launching a new business aimed at providing virtual administrative support to other preschool owners. Our mission is to help preschools improve efficiency, reduce costs, and boost enrollment through expert support and innovative solutions.

We’re looking for a skilled and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team and support both our preschool and our new business.

Key Responsibilities:

Using AI and Bots - Automate repetitive tasks and processes to improve efficiency.
Enhance marketing messaging through social media platforms, email campaigns, and SMS communication.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a virtual assistant or similar administrative role.
Strong knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Zapier, CRM systems) and workflow optimization.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to craft engaging content.
Proficiency in social media management, email marketing platforms, and SMS communication tools.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Experience working with schools, preschools, or small businesses is a plus.
