Position Overview:

We are looking for a versatile and proactive General Admin Social Media Manager (SMM) with a solid background in Property Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media presence, coordinating administrative tasks, and supporting property management activities. This role requires a blend of social media expertise, administrative skills, and property management experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
- Create, schedule, and manage content including posts, images, and videos.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and industry updates.
- Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to assess performance and ROI.
Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative support including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and efficient communication.
Property Management:
- Assist in coordinating and implementing property management projects, including maintenance scheduling and tenant services.
- Monitor project progress, manage deadlines, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Collaborate with property teams to achieve project goals and maintain operational efficiency.
- Oversee project documentation and generate reports to track progress and outcomes.
-Client and Stakeholder Communication:
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address inquiries.
- Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and timely follow-ups.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media practices.
- Apply insights to optimize social media strategies and project outcomes.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in social media management, with a strong understanding of various social media platforms and best practices.
- Experience in project management within the industry is a MUST.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively under pressure.
- Familiarity with project management software is a plus.
