WE ARE HIRING!

Our company is currently seeking a Full-Time Bookkeeper to join our team.
You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our clients. We are a fast-paced environment and are looking for an experienced bookkeeper who has worked in various industries for an accounting firm.

Responsibilities:

- Reconcile Bank and credit card statements monthly
- Review financials to be able to indicate and mistakes and make the right corrections
- Know how to assess a profit and loss and balance sheet
- Make appropriate payroll and tax entries if needed
- Experience with PayPal, stripe and amazon is a plus.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
- Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Must know Quickbooks Online and QuickDesktop
- Must know E-commerce accounting
- Must have 2+ years of experience in accounting
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented

We are looking for someone to be available as soon as possible and someone who can work 40 hrs per week M-F 10am to 6pm EST.
