Position Overview:
As a Google Ads Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and optimizing our clients' Google Ads campaigns. You will be responsible for creating strategies that maximize return on investment, drive traffic, and generate leads. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Google Ads, strong analytical skills, and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, implement, and manage Google Ads campaigns for various clients to achieve their marketing objectives.
* Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
* Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns daily to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rate (CTR), conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI).
* Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance and generate actionable insights and recommendations.
* Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, target audience, and unique value propositions.
* Conduct keyword research and selection for pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to maximize reach and relevance.
* Create compelling ad copy and creative assets that align with client objectives and resonate with the target audience.
* Manage budget allocation and bidding strategies to maximize campaign performance and efficiency.
* Work closely with internal teams to align advertising strategies with overall marketing goals and initiatives.
* Prepare and present detailed campaign performance reports to internal stakeholders and clients, highlighting successes, insights, areas for improvement, and future strategies.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital advertising to ensure campaigns are innovative and effective.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing and campaign management.
* Experience in team management or leadership roles - a significant advantage.
* Experience in performance marketing.
* Strong experience with Google Ads Search.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Lead generation - advantage.
* SAS company - advantage.
* Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools - advantage.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience with A/B testing and other methods to optimize ad performance.
* Google Ads certification is preferred but not required.
* Proven track record of driving successful Google Ads campaigns.
