Role: Network Engineer
Work Arrangement: Work from home
Schedule: Morning Shift

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Network Engineer to join our Global Operations Team and assist in the management of multiple data centers across various countries. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance, stability, and security of our network infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

Network Management: Oversee and manage the network infrastructure across five datacenters located globally, ensuring maximum uptime, security, and performance.

Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor network performance, identifying potential bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
Troubleshooting: Quickly and effectively troubleshoot network issues, escalating where necessary, and ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Optimization Recommendations: Analyze the current network environment across all datacenters and provide actionable recommendations for improving stability, security, and performance.
Documentation: Thoroughly document the current network infrastructure, configurations, and processes, ensuring clarity for future enhancements or troubleshooting.

Best Practices Implementation: Apply industry best practices in network management and security to ensure compliance and performance standards.

Collaboration: Work closely with teams in Japan and Indonesia, providing expertise and support in network-related areas. Be available for collaboration during overlapping work hours.

Remote Work: This is a remote role, allowing flexibility in working from any location, with an expectation of active participation during key hours for collaboration with global teams.

Qualification and requirements:
- Proven experience as a Network Engineer, with strong expertise in network architecture, infrastructure, and management.
- In-depth knowledge of networking protocols, security measures, and best practices.
- Experience with managing complex, global network environments and working with distributed teams.
- Proficiency in network monitoring and troubleshooting tools, as well as familiarity with various datacenter technologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve network issues quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documenting processes and collaborating with remote teams.
- Availability to work in a flexible time zone that overlaps with teams based in Japan and Indonesia.
