Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
Identify and develop relationships with potential partners, schools, and businesses interested in carrying MoonPads.
Conduct outreach through
Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Handle inquiries from potential customers and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Administrative Support:
Organize and maintain digital files, track inventory, and manage invoices.
Assist in scheduling meetings, responding to customer inquiries, and supporting daily operational tasks.
Prepare sales reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Social Media (Preferred):
Develop and schedule posts on social media platforms to engage our audience and promote MoonPads.
Respond to comments and messages, fostering an active online community.
Collaborate on creative campaigns and assist in tracking analytics to optimize content.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, customer service, or administrative support.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) is a plus.
Passion for sustainability and MoonPads' mission.
