As a Paid Media Manager at Beard Goalz, you will spearhead the development and execution of advanced paid media strategies across platforms such as Meta, Google, Bing, TikTok, and LinkedIn. This position is designed for professionals who excel in fast-paced, startup environments and can manage campaigns independently while driving innovation and performance.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute paid media strategies across platforms including Meta, Google, Bing, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
• Independently manage multiple accounts, ensuring all campaigns meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives.
• Regularly communicate with stakeholders to discuss performance and resolve any concerns proactively.
• Analyze performance metrics (ROI, ROAS, CPA, CTR, etc.) and optimize campaigns based on actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure the deployment of high-performing ads and creative assets.
• Stay informed on the latest trends, tools, and updates in paid media, applying this knowledge to campaigns.
• Conduct A/B testing to refine strategies and achieve superior results.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their professional development.

Requirements:
We are seeking someone who:
• Has the ability to independently strategize, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Thrives in a startup environment and can adapt quickly to evolving priorities and challenges.
• Possesses a strong understanding of how creativity influences performance and leverages this to drive results.
• Continuously seeks to improve processes and contribute to the growth of the team.
• Is innovative, flexible, and committed to delivering exceptional outcomes.

Prior Experience:
• 5+ years of campaign management experience across multiple advertising platforms (e.g., Google, Facebook, Bing, TikTok, etc.).
• 18+ months of experience managing and mentoring team members.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics and Tag Manager, with the ability to troubleshoot issues.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Asana or Basecamp.
• Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications are a plus.
