JOB OVERVIEW

About Us:

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Virtual Assistant (VA) to manage our social media accounts, support our marketing efforts, and engage with our community to drive event registrations. This is a dynamic role where you will be handling a variety of tasks that contribute to the overall success of our marketing campaigns and help us grow our online presence.

Role Overview:

As the Virtual Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include managing our social media (mainly Facebook) by engaging with followers and leading conversations that encourage people to register for events. You'll also manage our CRM, update records, send marketing emails, and support various marketing tasks. Over time, you'll take on onboarding duties as well, once you’ve gained experience in the role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Social Media Management: Engage with followers on Facebook, initiate and drive conversations that lead to event registrations.
- CRM Management: Update and manage CRM systems, similar to HubSpot or Go High-Level.
- Email Marketing: Handle email marketing campaigns, ensuring that they are sent in line with the business’s strategies.
- Content Creation: Create engaging marketing materials using Canva (basic proficiency required).
- Participant Registration: Respond to messages on social media platforms and register participants for events.
- Marketing Support: Assist with other marketing tasks, ensuring alignment with the client's teaching and strategies.

Training and Tools:

- You will receive comprehensive training on the client's remote system.
- CRM experience will be with systems similar to HubSpot or Go High-Level.
- Canva will be used for content creation, and basic proficiency is required.

Working Hours:

30 hours per week, with working hours from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST (6 hours per day).
The role includes managing social media and supporting tasks after other VAs’ shifts end.
