Cytric B.V. is a growing software development agency specializing in web, mobile, and emerging technologies like Web3, AI, and SaaS. We are looking for a **Project Manager & QA Specialist** to oversee project execution, ensure client satisfaction, and maintain high-quality deliverables.

### **Responsibilities**

**Project Management**

- Onboard new developers and manage their tasks and availability.
- Track project timelines, set expectations, and provide weekly updates.
- Report project status and risks to stakeholders.

**Client Relations**

- Welcome new clients with a smooth onboarding process.
- Communicate updates daily, lead weekly stand-ups, and address concerns.
- Handle timeline adjustments and manage discussions around extra hours.

**Quality Assurance**

- Test web and mobile projects for bugs and usability issues.
- Document and report bugs clearly for the development team.

### **Skills & Traits**

- **People Skills**: Experience in customer support, project management, or similar roles.
- **Technical Expertise**: Familiarity with managing or testing tech products for web and mobile platforms.
- **Organisational Skills**: Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- **Resourcefulness**: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to find creative solutions.
- **English Proficiency**: Fluent English at B2 level or above.
- **Attention to Detail**: High standard for precision and accuracy in work.
- **Tech Savvy**: Comfortable with tools like Notion, Excel, Airtable, and similar platforms.
- **Communication**: Clear, proactive, and professional communication style.
- **Punctuality**: Always on time with tasks and commitments.
