Job Description:
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Business Development Agent to help us forge subcontractor partnerships for state and federal government RFPs.
You will:
Research and engage with potential subcontractors across industries like construction, HVAC, landscaping, and security.
Be given the tools and training needed to use your established skills to contact dozens of potential vendors daily.
Develop strategic partnerships using our proven methods to align vendor capabilities with project needs.
Negotiate competitive terms while ensuring compliance with government regulations.
Collaborate with experienced business development managers for guidance and professional growth.
Qualifications:
Experience: 3+ years in vendor sourcing, preferably in a US procurement context.
Knowledgeable: Familiarity with government contracting platforms (e.g., GovWin,
Skills: Excellent negotiation, research, and organizational skills.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRMs, RFP platforms, and especially Chat GPT or similar MLL is a plus.
Driven: A go-getter attitude with high attention to detail and self-motivation.
