We’re looking for an
What you’ll be doing:
Reworking and optimising the customer lifecycle to boost engagement and conversions.
Building out ECRM campaigns and flows using platforms like Brevo and Klaviyo.
Designing, implementing, and reporting on customer journeys.
Managing and segmenting data lists to create highly personalised campaigns.
Conducting A/B testing to find the most effective solutions.
Offering strategic input to improve customer strategies through test-and-learn approaches.
Who we’re looking for:
ECRM Expertise: Proven experience managing
Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills to run and interpret campaign performance reports.
GDPR Awareness: Understanding data management protocols and compliance.
Creative & Strategic Thinker: You combine technical and analytical skills with creative problem-solving.
Collaboration Skills: Confidence in writing copy and collaborating with design teams to create engaging creatives.
HTML Experience: Familiarity with basic HTML is a plus.
