Video Editor NEEDED! Part Time [IMPORTANT: experience editing YouTube long form lifestyle videos (van life, travel vloggers, etc.) required!]
We are successful social media content creators and are looking for an experienced video editor who can edit YouTube long form lifestyle videos (e.g., van life, travel vloggers videos, etc.) for our social media platforms. The video editor must be FAST, effective, and have great story telling ability and passion for editing great content. You must be able to add appropriate music, text, and make our videos engaging and look professional.
Specifically, we are looking for an experienced long form video editor to assemble both our edited and raw video footage into finished videos that are catchy and tell a story, bringing the viewer into our adventures that we are sharing. You will need to have experience using editing tools and software to combine content from multiple sources, add graphics, effects, and audio. The video editor will need to be able to efficiently:
a. Trim, cut, and arrange footage
b. Add transitions, music, sound effects, and visual effects
c. Color correct and grade
d. Add text overlays and captions
e. Create cohesive narratives
You will also need to have significant experience editing videos in long format.
