Job Title: Guest Communication Specialist (Part-Time)

Work Schedule: Saturday and Sunday, 12 hours/day
Time: 7am to 7pm PHT
Time: 7pm to 7am PHT
Starting Salary: $200-240/month

Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Guest Communication Specialist to join our team. This part-time position requires an experienced professional to handle guest inquiries, provide timely responses, and resolve issues efficiently. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our company’s reputation for excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage guest communications across Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com.
- Use Hostaway to handle reservations, updates, and guest messaging.
- Provide prompt and professional responses to guest inquiries.
- Address and resolve guest issues or complaints in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure guest needs are met.
- Monitor and maintain high response rates and positive reviews on all platforms.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience with Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com.
- Familiarity with Hostaway or similar property management software.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Driven and Self-Motivated, Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
- A stable internet connection and reliable computer setup.
